This Privacy Policy explains how Zoom Investment collects and processes personal data when you visit this website or contact us through it. We collect and process only the personal data necessary to operate the site and respond to your enquiries.

2. What we collect

• Contact form information. When you use the contact form we collect your name, email address, job title, company, selected area of interest, together with any message you send.
• Technical information. Like any website, our hosting and security providers process limited technical data such as your IP address, browser type and the pages you visit. This is used to serve the site and protect it against abuse.

We do not use advertising trackers, behavioral analytics, profiling or automated decision-making, and we do not knowingly collect personal data from individuals under the age of 18.

3. Why we use it and our legal basis

• To respond to your enquiry and manage our communications with you. Legal basis: our legitimate interest in answering you, or taking steps at your request before entering into a business relationship (Article 6(1)(f) and 6(1)(b) GDPR).
• To send you news, updates or insights, where you have requested them. Legal basis: your consent (Article 6(1)(a) GDPR). You may withdraw your consent at any time.
• To operate, maintain and secure the website. Legal basis: our legitimate interest in ensuring that the website remains available, functional and protected against abuse (Article 6(1)(f) GDPR).

4. Who we share it with

We do not sell your data. We rely on a small number of service providers who process data on our behalf under contract:

• Webflow, Inc. Website hosting and contact form processing.
• Cloudflare, Inc. Security and bot protection for the form.
• Google LLC. Provision of the fonts used on the website, which requires the transmission of your IP address to Google.

Some of these providers are based in the United States. Where personal data is transferred outside the European Economic Area, such transfers are safeguarded through the European Commission's Standard Contractual Clauses or another legally recognized transfer mechanism.

5. How long we keep it

We retain enquiry data for as long as necessary to respond to your request and for a reasonable period afterwards for record-keeping, after which it is securely deleted. Where you have requested to receive news, updates or insights, we will retain your contact details until you withdraw your consent or ask us to stop contacting you.

6. Your rights

You have the right to access your personal data, request its rectification or erasure, request restriction of processing, object to processing, request data portability, and withdraw your consent at any time where processing is based on consent. To exercise any of these rights, please contact us using the details provided in Section 1. You also have the right to lodge a complaint with the Portuguese Supervisory Authority, the Comissão Nacional de Proteção de Dados (CNPD).

We may update this Privacy Policy from time to time. The current version and the date of its latest revision will always appear at the top of this page.
